You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify, the product bottle must be completely unused, unopened, and kept in its original box.
We only accept returns for items that are still factory-sealed and show no signs of usage. If the safety seal or packaging is broken, we cannot process a return.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. After we receive and check the returned item, we will notify you immediately regarding your refund approval.
